Proof of identification is compulsory upon arrival.

Terms and Conditions:
While reasonable precautions have been taken to ensure the safety of our guests and their possessions on the premises, the owners, management, employees, and agents of Lauradale accept no liability for any damage, injury, loss, or harm of any nature, including loss of support or earnings, arising from or connected with your stay at Lauradale. This applies whether such claims result from acts or omissions, negligent or otherwise, by Lauradale or any other party.

If you are accompanied by or receive visitors, Lauradale must be indemnified against any claims arising from their presence. Lauradale makes no warranties or guarantees regarding the services and facilities offered beyond those contained in the booking agreement.

Guests will be held liable for any damage to the property or amenities. Lost keys must be reported immediately at reception, and a replacement fee of R150.00 will be charged.

Please respect our neighbours and other guests by refraining from noise and loud music after 22:00. Vehicles parked on the premises are at the owner’s risk. No additional guests are permitted unless prior approval has been obtained from management. Additional guests will be charged R550.00 per person, per night.

Lauradale is a strictly non-smoking establishment. A cleaning fee equivalent to one night’s stay per room will be charged for any violations. By agreeing to these terms, you authorise Lauradale to charge this amount to the debit or credit card used to secure the booking.

Lauradale reserves the right of admission at all times.

Cancellation Policy:
For cancellations, the following fees apply to the full booking amount:

• More than 30 days prior to arrival: 10% administration fee

• More than 7 days prior to arrival: 50% cancellation fee

• Less than 7 days prior to arrival: 100% cancellation fee

No-shows and early departures will be charged 100% of the entire booking.

For group bookings of three guests or more, cancellations made within 21 days prior to check-in will be charged 100% of the entire booking.

Please note: No refunds will be issued for cancellations between 15 December and 31 January.

If the deposit is not paid, Lauradale reserves the right to cancel the booking.
