Proof of identification compulsory upon arrival Terms and Conditions: Whilst reasonable precaution has been made to ensure the safety of our guests, and their possessions on these premises, the owners, management, employees and agents of Lauradale will not be responsible for any damage, liability or responsibility for any harm, injury, loss, including any loss of support or earnings, of whatsoever nature and howsoever arising from or connected with Lauradale and whether or not such claims are caused by any act or omission, negligent or otherwise, of Lauradale and/or anyone else. If accompanied by or visited by any other person Lauradale will be indemnified in respect of such person in relation to any claim against Lauradale as described in the preceding paragraph. Lauradale does not express or imply any warranties or guarantees with respect to the property’s services and facilities other than that what is contained in the agreement between the parties. You will be held liable for any damages to the property/amenities of Lauradale. Lost keys to be reported at reception. Your account will be charged with a R150.00 replacement fee. No noise and loud music after 22H00, please respect our neighbours and other guests. Vehicles parked in our car park are parked at your own risk. No additional guests allowed unless confirmed with management beforehand. Additional guests will be charged R550.00 p.p. per night.
Please note that our accommodation is strictly non-smoking, an additional service fee equivalent to one night’s stay per room will be charged.
In agreeing to our terms and conditions, you authorise us to charge this amount to the debit/credit card used to secure the booking.
Lauradale at all times reserves the full right of admission.
Cancellation Policy In event of notification of cancellation, the following cancellation fee shall apply on full booking: More than 30 days prior to arrival: 10% administration fee More than 7 days prior to arrival: 50% cancellation fee Less than 7 days prior to arrival: 100% cancellation fee . No shows will be charged 100% of the entire booking *Early departures will be charged 100% of the entire booking . Group bookings of 3 guests or more: 21 days prior to check-in – 100% of the entire booking * NO REFUNDS FROM 15 DECEMBER TO 31 JANUARY.
