Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy
These terms apply to every booking at Lauradale Guest Farm. Please read them before you reserve, confirming a booking means you accept them. If anything is unclear, we are happy to talk it through before you commit.
Confirming your booking
Your booking is confirmed once the required deposit is received. If the deposit is not paid, Lauradale Guest Farm reserves the right to release the dates.
On arrival
Proof of identification is required at check-in for every guest.
House rules

Non-smoking. Lauradale Guest Farm is strictly non-smoking indoors. A cleaning fee equal to one night's rate per room applies to any breach, charged to the card used to secure the booking.

Quiet from 22:00. Out of respect for other guests and our neighbours, please keep noise and music down after 23:00.

No pets permitted except guide dogs subject to prior arrangement

Additional overnight guests. No Additional guests; visitors require check in at reception, proof of identification and guest indemnification; vehicles parked at owner's risk.

Daytime visitors. Should you host visitors during your stay, you indemnify Lauradale Guest Farm against any claim arising from their presence.

Parking. Vehicles are parked on the property at the owner's risk.
Damage and lost keys

Guests are liable for any damage to the property or its amenities during their stay. Lost keys must be reported at reception immediately; a replacement fee of R550 for kets and remote applies.
Liability
While every reasonable precaution is taken to protect guests and their belongings on the premises, Lauradale Luxury Apartments together with its owners, management, employees and agents accepts no liability for any loss, damage, injury or harm of any kind, including loss of income or support, arising from or connected with your stay, whether caused by act or omission, negligent or otherwise, on the part of Lauradale Luxury Apartments or any other party. No warranties or guarantees are given in respect of the services and facilities offered beyond those set out in your booking agreement.
Right of admission

Lauradale Guest Farm reserves the right of admission at all times.
Cancellation policy
Cancellation fees are calculated on the full booking amount and depend on how far ahead of arrival you cancel:

30 or more days before arrival — 10% administration fee

Between 8 and 30 days before arrival — 50% cancellation fee

7 days or fewer before arrival — 100% cancellation fee
No-shows and early departures are charged 100% of the booking.
For group bookings of three guests or more, cancellations made within 21 days of check-in are charged 100% of the booking.
Festive season: no refunds are issued for cancellations between 15 December and 31 January.
