Directly from you when you enquire, book or stay; through our website and cookies; and from the booking channels you use to reserve with us, such as online travel agents.

Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with operators who help us run the business and deliver your stay, under appropriate confidentiality and data-processing terms. These typically include our website host, booking engine, payment processor, email and marketing platform, and analytics and reviews tools.

Transfers outside South Africa

Some of these providers process data outside South Africa. Where that happens, we take reasonable steps to ensure your information receives a comparable level of protection, as POPIA requires.

Keeping your information secure

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your information against loss, misuse and unauthorised access. Only authorised staff and operators can access it.

How long we keep it

We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes above, or as required by law — for example, financial records kept for tax purposes.

Your rights under POPIA

You have the right to:

ask us to correct or delete it;
object to processing, or withdraw consent (including for marketing);
lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator.
